3. I’ve made a purchase, how quickly my tokens will be credited into my account?
The time for tokens crediting may vary from a few minutes to 24 hours.
4. What should I do if the tokens are not credited?
If you did everything correctly the enrollment should happen automatically. If the tokens crediting has not occurred within 24 hours please, write our telegram chat or via e-mail.
5. What is the discount when buying?
The discount and its availability depend of the date of purchase, the discount amount (if any) is indicated on the deex.exchange website.
6. What is the minimum amount for investment?
The minimum investment amount is equal to the value of the 1st DEEX token in the relevant currency on the date of your purchase.
7. How does tokens convert happens?
Conversion occurs automatically depending on the currency/crypto assets which you use for making the purchase.
8. When it is planned to enter the Exchange?

9. How, when and where can I withdraw tokens?
DEEX tokens can be exchanged/withdrawn after the implementation of the main mechanism of the exchange. For specification of terms please, follow the information on the DEEX official site deex.exchange and follow DEEX social networks.
10. Tokens are not displayed in the Personal Cabinet (account). What should I do?
Login your account. Verify that the transaction completed successfully. Check the status of the purchase which appears at the bottom of the page. The tokens are automatically enrolled, but depend of the operation of the system through which you purchased them. If you are sure that the transaction was made but you still did not receive your tokens within 24 hours please, write into the telegram chat. Also, if the tokens are no longer displayed please, clear the browser cookies and cache. If it that does not help, write to the telegram chat with the login and description of the problem.
11. The activation e-mail does not come. What should I do?
Check your «spam» box or "other mailing" section. Usually, a letter with activation comes in a few minutes but there may be delays due to the operation of mail servers. If the letter does not come within 24 hours - write into the telegram chat.
12. When the DEEX Exchange will be launched?

13. How long will the ICO last?
The ICO is scheduled to run from January 10th, 2018 till the end of February 2018. To clarify the timing, follow the information on the website deex.exchange
14. Why I did not get 5 tokens bonus when registering?
The receipt of bonus tokens caused a huge flow of spam and fake registrations without purchases. 5 tokens for registration will be added to all who made the investment.
15. On which exchanges will the DEEX token be traded?
The Token will be traded within the whole DEX Bitshares ecosystem. Then it will enter on small stock exchanges, such as Livecoin (it needs to gain turnover and enter to the CoinMarketCap). The next step will be connected with the access to large exchanges.
16. How many coins is needed to organize the master node?
100 000 (one hundred thousand tokens) approximately. Technical specifications, the process of raising the node and the exact cost will be announced after the end of ICO and the completion of calculations.
17. What will happen with the tokens not sold within the ICO?
The remaining tokens will be destroyed, or simply "burned".
18. This list does not answer my question. What should I do?

21. I can't create account because of "Invalid Account Name" info appearance. What should I do?
To avoid this problem, please follow the instruction with the account name rules information carefully and try to change it according these rules.
22. I have made investments and purchase of tokens through a smart contract. Do I need to register?
If previously you did not create an account in the Investor personal account, you need to do this by indicating at registration the ETH address of the wallet used to purchase through the smart contract. After creating an account, please follow the instructions for registering in Bitshares blockchain.
